This is consistently one of my favorite hours of the month.Coming together as a group, whether I am in the spotlight or somebody else, I consistently learn an incredible amount every meeting. It is pretty powerful how applicable these learnings are to my everyday work.

How to create processes that improve the communication and performance of the team

I needed to have someone at my level to brainstorm with. At the executive level, it can be difficult to find people that can help challenge my thoughts or check my ideas. I don't think I realized how much I was needing these conversations until after I started meeting with my mentor and meeting in the mastermind group.

Executive Mastermind Group cohorts run in 12-month segments that start on 1/15, 3/15, 5/15, 7/15, 9/15, and 11/15. Early registrants for a cohort can be placed into a group so they can begin experiencing the executive mastermind group before the official deadline.

The executive mastermind group is a group of executives and business owners working through the challenges and oftentimes isolation that comes with being an executive. The conversations range from strategy to people to revenue and efficiency. Results include gaining outside counsel and perspective before big decisions, suggestions on how to handle difficult situations, increased confidence when implementing change initiatives or driving a new initiative, and perspectives that one typically doesn’t come up with when connecting with fellow colleagues at their companies or friends.

Each participant is connected with a peer executive for Horizontal Mentorship as well as an executive coach.

Ambition In Motion’s expertise is in making effective mentor matches based on research from their team of Industrial-Organizational Psychologists. Ambition In Motion also provides regular check-ins with each participant to ensure that every participant is having an amazing experience. If you encounter a situation in which you feel your mentor, executive coach, or mastermind group is not a fit, let an Ambition In Motion representative know, and they will pair you with a new peer mentor, executive coach, or mastermind group. 97% of participants in the Ambition In Motion executive mastermind group provide testimonials about their experience in the group, and a big reason for that is Ambition In Motion’s dedication to ensuring all participants have an amazing experience and proactivity around addressing any issues a participant may have.

$250 per month or $2,667 upfront for the year. This covers the hour of executive coaching every month, the peer mentorship pairing with agendas every month, and the facilitated executive mastermind groups every month. Yes. Ambition In Motion has over 20 executive mastermind groups going on every month. With some advance notice, Ambition In Motion can often provide 3-5 alternative group meeting times for a member for a given month that they can attend, and then they can go back to their normal group for subsequent months. The only caveat with this is if a member has colleagues also in the groups, as Ambition In Motion does not put 2 members from the same company in the same group, as that can impact the openness they may have in terms of sharing in the group.

Yes. All of the Ambition In Motion executive coaches are certified by ICF, iPEC, or a university-associated executive coaching program. All of the executive coaches are extremely experienced, many having had executive roles in their past, and are now dedicating their time to coaching the next generation of executives.
