I am currently focusing my work activities on speaking engagements related to my book "Stalling for Time: My Life as an FBI Hostage Negotiator" which was published by Random House on 9/21/10, and available in hardback, paperback, kindle, and audiobook on Amazon.com and other book sites. My presentations focus on the key lessons learned through my career as the Chief of the FBI Crisis Negotiation Unit, and how those communication skills can be applied to avoid and resolve conflict in our professional and personal lives.
